For the Climate Investment Funds 15th anniversary event “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” in Brasília, I led the creative direction and delivery of the entire spatial and visual experience—from the main stage to CIF Connect, a networking space for global delegates. I defined a sustainability-driven concept using reclaimed materials and locally sourced plants, and oversaw its execution across all touchpoints. This included the venue’s touchscreen UI, presentation system, and a printed booklet linking to CIF’s digital library, ensuring a cohesive, immersive, and strategically aligned experience.

Impact

  • Delivered a fully integrated event environment where spatial design, digital interfaces, and print materials operated as a single coherent brand experience

  • Sustainability principles embedded directly into the physical design — reclaimed materials and borrowed planting made the CIF's environmental mission tangible and visible to all attendees

  • CIF Connect networking space designed to lower the formality threshold of a high-level policy forum, actively facilitating delegate interaction and relationship-building

  • Touchscreen UI extended the event experience beyond the programme, giving delegates self-directed access to CIF knowledge and programmes

  • QR-linked booklet bridged the physical event and CIF's digital knowledge library, extending the reach of the event beyond the room and beyond the day
